| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、预测研究法、统计法等方法,建立竞技体育发展预期的指标体系,对全面建设小康社会进程中,竞技体育的发展趋势做出判断.结果表明:未来我国竞技体育发展的"举国体制"将更加完善;以奥运战略为核心的国家竞技体育竞争力更强;市场为导向的竞技体育人才培养体系逐步确立;竞技体育的基础条件更加先进,科技化水平和创新能力不断提高;竞技体育资源配置更加合理,项目发展的区域化优势更加明显;人力资源数量、结构、能级水平明显提高;并将确立科学的竞技体育效益观.

| Abstract: | By documentation,interview,calculate way,and statistics in this article,Establish of index systen of predi ctable development of competitive sport,judge for tendency development of competitive sport in China in roundly constructing a well-off society.The results showed that the Nationwide System of our competitive sport will be more perfect in the future.the nation competitive sport's competitive power whose core is Olypic Strategy will be strenghtened.the trainning system of the competitive sport talents which guide by the Market System will established gradually.the intrastructional facilities of the sport will be more advanced.the level of science and technology and the creative capaeity will be exalted.the resource distribution of the sport will be more reasonable.the development of projects in the diserict advantages will be more obvious.the quatity,construction and capacity of human capital will be improved obviously and the scientific view of benefit will be established. |
