| 摘 要： | 存在一种可使用的知识,而且借助于一种变化过程的经济学概念,也形成了一种作为静态的知识形式的技术定义,它体现为某种具有一定功能的物质形态.因此,一个社会群体或整个人类的知识,在某一时期,在其技术形态上是令人瞩目的.从这一意义上来说,技术是人类文化中最为显著的部分.对技术是什么,技术起何作用,我们将从宏观经济学和微观经济学以及管理学意义上进行认识和探讨.

| Abstract: | An operation definition for knowledge is presented and,invoking the economic concept of a transformation process,a definition of technology emerges as a static form of knowledge embodied within a functional piece of some material form.The knowledge of a social group,or of the human kind,is then observable,at a certain moment in time,in its technological forms.In this sense,technology is the visible part of its culture.Microeconomic and macroeconomic views,as well as management understanding of what it is and which role technology plays,are also considered and discussed. |
