| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,市场经济领域内的违法犯罪现象也日趋增多,建立和完善市场经济法律体系十分重要。市场犯罪是市场经济中的一种社会现象,如何有效地防止市场犯罪,保障社会主义市场经济健康发展,是当前一个急需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | With the increasingly deepening of economy structural reform in ou cou(?) there have arisen more and more incidents of offensing against the law and commiting crimes in market economy eld, (?) is extrermely important to set up and improve the market economy law system. As market crime is a social phenomenon in market ecoromy, it is a problem badly in need of solution to prevent market crime effectively and ensure a healthy development of socialism market economy. |
