| 摘 要： | 民营经济是贵州国民经济的薄弱环节。促进贵州民营经济发展,要从转变观念、给民营经济平等的政策,转变政府职能、规范管理行为,实施财税优惠政策,加大对民营企业的资金支持力度,为民营企业的技术创新提供政策支持,健全民营企业社会化服务体系,为民营经济发展创造一个良好的政策环境。

| Abstract: | The economy run by the local people is the weak link of national economy in Guizhou, In onder to bring about a greater advance in Guizhou economy run by the local people, we must convert our ideas, give equal policy to the economy run by the local people, convert the government function, make their managerial actions conform to the standard, carry out the preferential policy of finance and tax, enlarge the support dynamics of fund to the business,provide politic support for their technological innovation, perfect the service systems of socialization and create a good politic environment for their economic development. |
