数控机床螺距误差补偿原理及方法

摘    要:数控机床的传动机构一般均为滚珠丝杠副,滚珠丝杠副在生产制造和装配过程中都存在一定的误差,对机床轴线滚珠丝杠的螺距误差进行补偿,可提高机床的定位精度和重复定位精度,从而提高数控机床的加工精度.

Abstract:The transmission system of the NC machine tools is commonly with ball screw pairs, and the ball screw pairs in the manufacturing and assembly cause errors. The pitch error compensation of the axis of the ball screws of machines can ob- viously improve the positioning precision and positioning accuracy of the machine tools and thus greatly improve the machi- ning accuracy of NC machine tools.
