摘    要:在以职业素养、就业能力培养为核心的高职院校就业指导教育教学中,考核是课程的关键环节。科学的考核形式可发挥出教考互动、以考促教的推动作用,促使学生由重视理论向重视实践的理念转变,进而提高学生的职业素养,提升就业竞争力。

Abstract:Evaluation is the key in the course of employment guidance to cultivate professionalism and employability in vocational colleges. Scientific assessment methods, which promote the interaction of teaching and testing and change students' concept of valuing theory to practice,would improve their professionalism,employability and competitiveness.
