| Abstract: | This paper discusses the imbalance in the regional development of telecom consumption level.With comparison of results obtained from telecom consumption level of China's east and west areas,the paper concludes the main factors which influence telecom consumption level of China,and countermeasures about expanding demand of telecom consumption in China are put forward. |
