| 摘 要： | 实践教学是旅游与酒店管理专业教学内容的重要组成部分,也是培养学生社会适应能力,提高学生综合素质,使课堂理论知识与实际结合的重要手段.通过实践教学,能使学生将各种管理理论知识充分地运用到酒店各部门工作的实践中,在学习服务技巧,掌握服务技能的同时,也可为酒店创造出一定的经济效益.实习动员是学生实习过程的起点,也是实习管理的最前期的工作,在实习的整个环节中起着重要的作用.本文将对旅游系学生岗前实习教育的内容等方面做一探讨.

| Abstract: | Practice teaching is the most important part of the teaching contents in the major of tuourism and hotel management and it's also the important way to train the students to adapt to the society,promote the students' comprehensive qualities,and link the class theory with practice.Students can use all the knowledge of management in the work in the different hotel departments.They can learn the service technique and master the service skill while they can create certain economic benefits for the hotel as well.A mobilization talk is the starting point and the previous work of practice management.It plays an important role in the practice.This article is mainly about the practice education before the students of the tourism department start working. |
