| 摘 要： | "案例教学法",又称"苏格拉底式教学法"是英美法系国家如美国和加拿大等国法学院最主要的教学方法。主要采用对话式、讨论式、启发式的教育方法,通过向学生提问,不断揭露对方回答问题中的矛盾,引导学生总结出一般性的结论。案例教学法在国外已被实践证明是一种对培养学生能力和提高学生素质有效的教学方法。该文从三个方面进行了探讨,希望能在传统的教学过程中尝试引入新的教学方法,进一步提高教学的质量和效率,为社会培养更多的实用性人才。

| Abstract: | Case Method, in another name of Socratic Method, is the main teaching method of those law colleges in the common law countries, such as America and Canada. The Case Method adopts methods of Teaching via Dialogues, Discussion, and heuristic teaching method. By asking questions to the students, it keeps disclosing the contradiction of the students' answers of the questions, and leads them to conclude the general conclusion. It has been proved by the practice in foreign counties that Case Method is a sufficient teaching method to cultivate students' ability and improve students' quality. This article studies in the three points of the Case Method, and hope to introduce a new teaching method into the traditional teaching process, in order to improve the teaching quality and sufficiency, and educate more talents of practical for the society. |
