| 摘 要： | 对近年来体育专业学生培养质量进行调查，认为存在体育技能不高、专业特色不明显和就业困难等不足。基于“体育强国”战略环境背景，指出应准确定位应用型人才培养规格，科学设计人才培养路径；科学构建‘‘专业化”人才培养课程体系，科学设置招生办法的“进口”关，科学推进“体教结合’’内涵建设。旨在为应用型体育本科人才培养提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the professional sports students＇ training quality in recent years, and thinks that there are some problems, such as low sports skills ability, weak professional characteristic, employment difficulty, etc. Based on the ＂sports power＂ strategic environment background, it points out that we should position correctly the applied talents cultivation standard, design scientific personnel training path, build professional curriculum system of personnel training, set up scientific admissions to ＂import＂, and promote the construction of ＂sports combined with teaching＂. It aims at providing reference for ap- plied undergraduate sports talents cultivation. |
