| 摘 要： | 选取30名20-40岁的成年男性为受试者,在运动跑台上以75 m/min的速度持续进行10 min、10 min、15 min三个时间段的实验,用Polar表记录每5 s的心率,并按要求测试血乳酸值。结果显示：该运动是在有氧范围内进行的,并且两个10 min的运动心率积分数值十分接近;而且10 min、15 min的心率积分值与时间呈直线相关。这表明在有氧运动范围内心率积分的可重复性强,并有线性关系,在运动实践中有很强的应用价值。

| Abstract: | The test chose 30 male adults aged between 20 to 40 years old as subjects to make three spans(10 min,10 min,and 15 min) of running at the speed of 75 m/min on running machine.And then their heart rates in 5s would be recorded in polar chart,and blood lactic acid would be recorded.It turns out that two heart rate integrals in two 10 min in aerobics are close and 10 min and 15 min heart rate integrals have linear correlation with time.This indicates the repeatability of heart rate integrals and linear relatio... |
