迁移指导策略对实现田径动作技能多元化学习目标的影响研究

摘    要:采用文献法和逻辑分析法,探讨了动作技能学习的多元化目标,同时采用实验法探究了迁移指导策略对实现动作技能多元化学习目标的积极作用。研究认为:田径动作技能学习的主要目标包括技能获得、运动能力改善和知识掌握;田径动作技能学习过程中,迁移指导策略的运用有利于促进学习者技能的掌握、知识的获得以及基本运动能力的改善。

Abstract:By literature review and logical analysis, this paper discusses the diversified objectives of learning the athletic skills, and by experimental method, explores the positive effect of guiding strategy of transfer of learning on the realization of diversified learning objectives of athletic skills. The findings show that the main objectives of learning athletic skills include skill acquisition, improvement of sports ability and knowledge; in the athletic skill learning process, the application of guiding strategy of transfer of learning benefits the learners to master athletic skills, acquire knowledge and improve basic athletic abilities.
