| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑论证等研究方法,对各人力资源在体育课程改革实施中的角色进行分析和探讨。认为人力资源是体育课程改革实施中最重要的资源,是体育课程改革实施的执行者,是其他体育教育资源作用得以有效发挥的关键。体育课程改革实施中人力资源应包括校长、体育教师、学生、家长和社区、教研员、课程及学科专家。他们在体育课程改革中扮演着不同的角色,都是体育课程改革实施的人力资源主体。开发及优化体育课程改革实施中人力资源的措施包括建立体育课程改革人力资源开发多元合作机制、建立有效的体育课程改革人力资源竞争与激励机制、建立以校为本的体育课程改革人力资源学习型组织、建立双向互动的体育课程改革教研制度。

| Abstract: | By using literature study and logic reasoning sample way, this paper analyzes and discusses the roles of human re- source playing in the sports curriculum reform implementation. Studies suggest that Human resource is the most important re- sources in the implementation of physical education curriculum reform; it is the executor of the implementation of the physical education curriculum reform; it is key role in playing other sports education resources. The human resources in implementation of physical education curriculum reform should include the headmaster, sports teachers, students, parents and community, re- search staff, curriculum and subject experts. They play a different role in the sports curriculum reform as main body of human resources in the implementation of physical education curriculum. Human resources in the implementation of developing and opti- mizing sports curriculum reform should include diverse cooperation mechanism of sports course reform for human resources de- velopment, an effective competition and incentive mechanism of physical education curriculum reform for human resources, a learning organization for this sports curriculum reform for human resources and two-way interactive sports curriculum reform re- search system. |
