| 摘 要： | 从社会学的角度,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对北京奥运会后和我国从体育大国向体育强国迈进初期我国体育人力资源的社会需求状况进行了预测性研究,进而提出新时期我国体育人力资源建设应着眼于人力资源的现有转化与长期培养相结合、着眼于市场规律对人力资源的优化配置、着眼于紧缺人力资源的建设、着眼于高层次高素质复合型体育人力资源的建设等,为解决我国新时期体育人力资源紧缺问题及促进体育人力资源的社会供需平衡提供参考。
