| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和实地调研法,从民族政策角度对畲族民间体育文化建设面临的机遇与挑战进行分析,重点分析了当前政策制定和执行中存在的问题.指出,加快畲族民间体育文化建设迫切需要政策的支持,国家层面政策应与时俱进地提供宏观指导.地方层面,应进一步完善非物质文化遗产政策,实现畲族民间体育文化的完整性;出台民间传承人政策,保证畲族民间体育文化的延续性;加大地方财政支持力度,促进畲族民间体育文化可持续发展.

| Abstract: | Methods of literature, logical analysis and field survey are applied to analyze the opportunities and challenges of the construction of folk sport culture of the She Ethnic Group from the perspective of ethnic policy, and to emphatically analyze the existing problems in the making and implementation of policies. It is proposed that the acceleration of the construction of folk sport culture of the She Ethnic Group needs the urgent support from policies. National level policies should provide macro guidance which can keep up with the times. At the local level, the intangible cultural heritage policies should be further improved to achieve integrity of folk sport culture of the She Ethnic Group; folk inheritor policies should be made to ensure the continuity of folk sport culture of the She Ethnic Group; local financial support should be increased to promote the sustainable development of folk sport culture of the She Ethnic Group. |
