| 摘 要： | 青少年网球运动员的培养，是整个国家网球发展的基石。目前，我国青少年网球后备人才培养主要有体工队培养模式、网球学校和俱乐部培养模式、家庭式个人培养模式三种形式。网球项目的初级阶段选材主要是选拔身体形态和身体素质，中级阶段选材的重点就是技术水平和对技战术的学习能力，而高级阶段的选材则侧重于运动员的战术意识、心理素质等内容。根据青少年的身体心理特点合理地安排训练，对青少年以后的发展非常关键。多参加比赛，在实战中应用所学技术，并及时发现问题，是影响青少年网球运动员运动水平提高的重要方面。
