| 摘 要： | 本文运用问卷法和测试法对机关工作人员身体生物现象进行了分析，详细论述了在竞争机制下的脑力工作对人体生理、心理的要求，并指出：健康的体魄是当代社会人才构成的要素，体育运动是人体机能改变由量变到质变的过程。
