论孔子健身养生思想

摘    要:孔子不仅是我国古代伟大的思想家、教育家,也是注重个人养生、养性的专家。其健身养生思想除对人体的气血、饮食起居颇有研究外,还主张身心并修、动静结合,并身体力行。其丰富的健身养生思想内涵、健身哲学理念和健身之终极目的对后世产生深远的影响,是我国传统健身养生思想的起源之一。根据孔子和其它古代思想家关于健身方面的论述,对孔子的健身养生思想进行系统的比较性的评析。

Abstract:Confucius is not only a great thinker and educator of ancient China,but also a person who thought much of preserving one's health.In addition to studying the breath and blood of man's body,Confucius proposed preserving one's health of flesh and mind by combining locomotion and stillness.Confucius' ideas on health is an indispensable component of Chinese traditional thoughts,and the healthy connotation,the philosophical conception,and the ultimate purpose of preserving one's health in his ideas,has profound influence over the thinkers in afterworld.Basing on the dissertation of different ancient thinkers,the author presents a systematic analysis on Confucius' ideas of preserving one's health
