| 摘 要： | 19世纪中后期,苗族逐渐迁入泰国。作为一个外迁而来的少数民族,起初并没有引起泰国政府的重视,直到20世纪50年代,泰国政府才加强对苗族管理,它对苗族的政策也经历了从政治认同为主到经济扶持为主的演变。
