| 摘 要： | 当前,高等教育行政化倾向日益明显,由行政化倾向衍生的各种问题不仅影响高等教育的质量,而且势必影响国家核心竞争力的提升。文章从教育管理学的角度,对教育"行政化倾向"的概念进行了分析,提出了可操作性的改革思路,对改革的路径进行了探讨。
