| 摘 要： | 新中国成立后的头两年，以中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领中所体现的新民主主义化教育思想为指导，学校体育思想表现出和1929年以来在思想方法和运作理念上的一致性。而1951年1月15日毛泽东提出的“健康的一，学习第二的方针我以为是正确的。”并没有改变这一事实。1951年5月中国政府对教育方针表述“大力开展抗美援朝的爱国主义教育，彻底肃清帝国主义．首先是美帝国主义在中国的化侵略影响；继续贯彻教育为国家建设服务的方针。与经济、国防、政法、化等建设事业密切配合，培养各种建设人才。”才拉开了新中国学校体育思想改革的帷幕.

| Abstract: | Based on the democratioc consultation system and a document with new democratic idea-Common Program at beginning of the first two years from 1949,The idea and methods of P. E. was the same as the operative methods and idea from 1929-1949. Mao Zedong, who put forward that the Health is the First and the Study is the Second. I Think it would be correct, did not made any exchange in Chinese school P. E.idea.The Education policy, published by China government in May 1951 ,said that open the education of anti-Americas and giving support to Korean people greatly, the first things is to clear the influences in Chinese culture given American. Implement the Education have to serve for state buliding.Have to culture many great bring for country building in economic, slate defiance, law and politics,culture areas, opened drape of reformation for Chinese scholasitc P. E. idea. |
