| 摘 要： | 研究总结了我国高校体育教学改革，需要着重注意的问题。《体育之研究》给了体育以科学的解释和价值的体现，反映了青年时代毛泽东高瞻远瞩的体育教育思想，指导我们重视理论与实践的结合、学习兴趣的培养、终身体育的教学目标，要求教师身体力行，以身作则的进行教学改革。

| Abstract: | The key issues needed to be paid attention to the physical education reform in Chinese universities and colleges.Mao Ze_dong's Reach on Physical Education gave physical education a scientific explanation and a valued embodiment,which reflected Mao Ze_dong's great foresighted physical education thought in his youth.It guides us to pay attention to the combination of theory with practice,the fostering of studying interest as well as the teaching objects of lifelong for physical education.It also requires teachers to earnestly practise what they advocate and undertake in teaching reform. |
