| 摘 要： | 传统的单一课堂教学模式已不适应高校体育课程发展的需要，它严重制约了各项体育运动的健康发展，武术运动也不例外。实验证明．实施课内外一体化的武术课程满足了大学生的求知欲，教学效果良好，有效地推动了武术运动的健康发展、课程模式符合当前高校体育课程改革的要求，并广泛实用于其它体育课程。
