| 摘 要： | 人民美好生活的构建离不开体育的参与，体育毋庸置疑将丰富老年人的业余生活，提供给他们以社交满足、尊重满足、自我实现满足。随着我国进入老龄化社会，老龄人口的社会体育服务体系构建探索也逐渐被广泛关注。研究认为，目前现阶段老龄人口社会体育保障体系构建中存在社会体育的服务意识缺失；老龄人口的体育活动缺乏有效的组织管理；舆论层面对老龄人口健身抱持负面认知等问题，建议利用政府牵头主动实现从供应到服务的身份转变，从人力资源、环境资源、场地资源多方面，搭建老龄人口社会保障服务体系；基于老年人的活动组织习惯重新建构组织管理手段，从多元治理、责权归一、奖罚并举三个层面构建新型老年人体育锻炼的组织机制；舆论媒介对老年人健身的报道应当从事件事实、问题根源、老年人的社会身份等多重展开，从现实层面重新构建老年人体育行为的舆论语境等策略手段予以改善。

| Abstract: | The construction of people''s good life cannot be separated from the participation of sports. Sports will undoubtedly enrich the leisure life of the elderly and provide them with social satisfaction, respect and self-fulfillment. As China enters an aging society, the exploration of the construction of social sports service system for the elderly population has gradually become widespread concern. The study believes that at present, there is a lack of awareness of service in social sports in the construction of the social security system for the elderly population; the sports activities of the elderly population lack effective organization and management; the public opinion on the elderly population has negative awareness of fitness and other issues, and it is recommended to use the government. Take the lead in actively transforming the status from supply to service, build a social security service system for the elderly population from various aspects of human resources, environmental resources, and site resources; reconstruct organizational management tools based on the organizational habits of the elderly, and manage and govern Normalization, rewards and punishments take three levels to build a new type of organizing mechanism for elderly people''s physical exercise; media coverage of the elderly should be based on the facts of the incident, the source of the problem, the social identity of the elderly, etc., to reconstruct the elderly from a practical perspective. The tactical means, such as the public opinion context of human sports behavior, have been improved. |
