| 摘 要： | 进入新时代，体育社会组织被赋予了新的定位。体育社会组织参与社区治理已成为历史必然。但由于政社不分的结构性弊端、行政化治理趋向依然存在，体育社会组织治理结构不完善、资源过度依赖、自我发展能力不强，加之公民社会发育不良、民众认同度低，体育社会组织参与社区治理还存在诸多障碍。为此，应优化制度环境，提升体育社会组织发展与服务能力，增强社会认同度与参与度，鼓励和支持体育社会组织参与社区治理。

The Theoretical Logic, Practical Difficulties, and Practical Direction of Sports Social Organizations Participating in Community Governance Under the New Normal Social Governance |

| Abstract: | In the new era, sports social organizations have been given a new orientation. The participation of sports social organizations in community governance has become a historical necessity. However, because of the structural drawbacks of the government and society, the trend of administrative governance still exists, the governance structure of sports social organization is imperfect, resources are over-dependent and the ability of self-development is not strong. Besides, the development of civil society is poor and public recognition is low. There are still many obstacles for sports social organizations to participate in community governance. To this end, the institutional environment should be optimized, promoting the development and serviceability of sports social organizations, enhance the degree of social identity and participation, encourage and support sports social organizations to participate in community governance. |
