| 摘 要： | 为研究我国健美操运动员机能测试指标的参考值，提供健美操运动员科学训练监控的理论依据。2006年我国健美操集训队二队全体男运动员在广州集训期间，对其一般身体机能状况进行了调查。结果显示，集训队男队员右手握力优于左手握力，其左腿在前的纵劈叉优于右腿在前的纵劈叉，而横叉较纵劈叉的完成较差，无氧代谢能力有明显的个体差异性。集训期间的运动量及运动强度均较大，建议在集训期间应跟踪进行训练的生理生化监控并及时反馈给教练员，以便指导训练的科学开展。
