瑜伽对大学生身心健康影响的分析与研究

摘    要:采用文献资料法、专家访问法、调查问卷法、数理统计法对深圳大学瑜伽俱乐部的2003-2004级共268名学生进行了调查与分析。结果显示:瑜伽对大学生的身心健康具有积极的作用:(1)对身体素质尤其是柔韧性与力量素质的发展有较为明显的改善与提高。(2)对神经与内分泌系统的调节效果显著。(3)学生心理自我调控能力增强,幸福感得到提升等。瑜伽练习符合学子身心发展的需求,是大学生健康机体和完善心理的身体艺术。

Abstract:Using the methods of documentary,experts interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the author investigates and analyzes 268 students in grade 2003 to 2004 at the yoga club of Shenzhen University.The results show that yoga plays an important function on university students' health;at first,it has significantly improves and promotes students' physical attribute especially in flexibility and strength quality.Secondly,it has notably effect on adjusting nerve and internal secretion;lastly,increasing students' psychology self-control and acquiring weal and satisfaction,yoga is a physical art for health and perfecting mentality.
