健身瑜伽对中老年女性慢性腰痛的防治研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
为研究健身瑜伽对中老年女性慢性腰痛的防治效应,将70名中老年慢性腰痛病人分成A、B两组,C组由正常组35名无腰痛病史的中老年女性组成.对A、C进行9个月健身瑜伽训练.运用Neuromatic 2000 M/C神经肌电仪测试各组训练前后骶棘肌肌电指标,PPX-L型双能X线骨度仪测量各组训练前后骨密度值,分别进行组间比较.结果:慢性腰痛组(A、B)训练前腰背肌波幅低于正常组(P<0.01)时程大于正常组(P<0.01),训练之后腰痛组(A)和正常组(C)波幅都得到提高(P<0.01和P<0.05)时程都降低(P<0.01和P<0.05).疗效评定得出慢性腰痛治愈显效率达82.86%.结论:健身瑜伽对中老年女性慢性腰痛具有较好的防治作用.  相似文献

There has been considerable distress in early childhood classrooms due to a cultural bias of Cartesian dualism, which has led to the bullying and disappearance of Body in education. Efforts of bringing about shifts in pedagogical practices toward holistic, bodily views of the self must be supported and developed. However, with classrooms that are filled with less movement and play, the marginalization of Body is of major concern. Interdisciplinary educational settings may be rich in exposing potentials and challenges of a nondual pedagogy implemented in unconsciously dualistic classroom cultures. The purpose of this article is to describe the barriers to implementation of a Mindfully Somatic Pedagogy, as well as affordances to young children throughout a preschool yoga class over an academic year. This research provides a basis for understanding how a Mindfully Somatic Pedagogy can curate holistic, first-person experiences of young children’s bodily selves within a classroom. Likewise, differing expectations of Body from adults in classrooms can lead to mixed messages for children. Understanding how bodily experiences afford young children’s development and teachers responses to Body in the classroom is informative in understanding the roles a school culture can have on the relationship between child development and teacher pedagogy.  相似文献

采用文献资料法、专家访问法、调查问卷法、数理统计法对深圳大学瑜伽俱乐部的2003-2004级共268名学生进行了调查与分析。结果显示:瑜伽对大学生的身心健康具有积极的作用:(1)对身体素质尤其是柔韧性与力量素质的发展有较为明显的改善与提高。(2)对神经与内分泌系统的调节效果显著。(3)学生心理自我调控能力增强,幸福感得到提升等。瑜伽练习符合学子身心发展的需求,是大学生健康机体和完善心理的身体艺术。  相似文献

为研究健身瑜伽对女性形体和柔韧性方面的锻炼效果,对62名中年女性进行分组实验,在训练前后对各组进行身体形态和柔韧性指标测试.研究结论:健身瑜伽对腰腹、大腿部的减脂降围有所改善,对形体改善的全面性效应没有健美操明显,但在柔韧性改善方面,健身瑜伽比健美操效果显。  相似文献

Physical movement as a conduit for experiential learning within the academic context of anatomy is a strategy currently used in university dance education. This same approach can be applied to other movement‐based practices, for example, yoga. The primary purpose of this study was to pilot a novel teaching curriculum to yoga practitioners, based on Bruner's Theory of Instruction, which incorporated the four adaptive modes of Kolb's Theory of Experiential Learning. The secondary purpose was to assess the applicability of anatomical knowledge within the participants' yoga practice. Following the development of a curriculum appropriate for a spectrum of academic backgrounds, participants were recruited to attend a 2‐hour learning session within the Department of Anatomy at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. The learning session guided participants through the bones and muscles of the lower limb pertaining to five specific yoga poses. Based on participant feedback, the sessions were positively received and consistent. In addition, learning session participants were able to apply the anatomical information they were taught to their yoga practice 1‐month later. Bruner and Kolb's independent theories on curriculum design and effective learning practice were successfully incorporated to create a 2‐hour learning session. The potential use of experiential learning to compliment and/or enhance traditional didactic teaching in the academic context of anatomy should be further explored. This study reports on an intervention involving massage, yoga and relaxation delivered to young children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Children (n = 126) were invited to participate in the Self‐discovery Programme (SDP) with parental consent. A total of 107 children aged 8–11 years completed the SDP and all measures. Children were allocated to a Control (n = 54) or Intervention (n = 53) group. The results indicate that children in the Intervention group showed improvements in self‐confidence, social confidence, communication and contributions in class. Children in the Intervention group were noted by teachers to use skills learned on the SDP during the school day.  相似文献

This pilot study set out to examine the impact of a regular practice of yoga within schooling curricular hours on the well-being and behaviors of atypically developing children. The design of this study was based on a qualitative hermeneutic-phenomenology approach. The intervention consisted of 5 weekly sessions of yoga of 15 minutes each and composed of breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (pranayama), and lying down relaxation exercises (yoga nidra). The research site was a special needs school in South Auckland, New Zealand in an area characterized by poor socio-economic living conditions with a composite range of different ethnic groups. The findings of this study suggest that a regular practice of yoga can have numerous benefits for children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). They found yoga to be a fun-filled and engaging experience. They improved significantly in their flexibility levels and general physical health. Emotionally, the children reported that the breathing techniques allowed them to feel calmer and more relaxed. The children felt that incorporating a regular practice of yoga within formal curriculum will be another effective tool to enhancing their overall health and well-being.  相似文献
