| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、足球比赛统计法、专家访谈法，以英文字母形状为基础设计出足球运动员移动、运球训练方法。移动轨迹有直斜线、曲线和折线，其中直线分为纵向和横向直线，曲线分为“C”字型、“S”字型和两次以上曲向变化的形式，折线分为“V”字型、“Z”字型和两次以上折向变化的形式。字母型移动线路基本涵盖了足球运动员在比赛中跑动的轨迹，培养运动员移动速度跑位的多样性、占据空间位置的合理性和身体素质的专项性。字母型训练法结合比赛场景训练运动员跑动、变向、跳跃、后退、侧跨、专项力量、专项耐力、运球技术等能力，为教师和教练员设计训练方法提供丰富的素材。

Exploration of “Alphabet” Training Method in Soccer |

| Abstract: | The methods of documentary, football match statistics and expert interview are used to design the training methods of soccer players' movement and dribbling based on the shape of English letters. The mobile trajectory is straight line, curve and line, the line is divided into vertical and horizontal straight line, curve is divided into “C”, “S” word and more than two times to change the form of the curve, line is divided into Word,“Z” and the word two times or more bends to the change in the form of letters, the trajectory covers the football players in the game running track. Combined with the sports equipment corresponding in football teaching, training, training of athletes can be jogging, run, jump, stationary, back, side span, drib-bling ability alphabetic training method, to provide more material for teachers and coaches choosing training method. |
