摘    要:目的::本文旨在探讨8周运动干预对肥胖雄性大鼠生殖功能影响,为运动改善由于肥胖引起的睾丸功能障碍提供实验依据。方法:以SD大鼠为研究对象,通过高脂饮食创建肥胖动物模型,并施加8周的中等负荷的跑台有氧训练干预,观察大鼠的体重、腹腔脂肪、睾丸重量,大鼠的精子数量与活度,血清睾酮( T)、血清黄体生成素( LH),卵泡刺激素(FSH),雌二醇(E2)变化情况。结果:①与正常组相比,肥胖组大鼠体重、脂体比明显提高,肥胖组体内血清睾酮、黄体生成素与卵泡刺激素水平明显降低,雌二醇明显升高;睾丸系数、精子数目和精子活动率显著降低;②与肥胖组相比,肥胖运动组大鼠的体重、脂体比明显下降,血清睾酮、黄体生成素与卵泡刺激素的含量有了显著性地升高,雌二醇明显下降;睾丸系数、精子数目和精子活动率均显著地上升。结论:①长期高脂饮食不仅诱导肥胖,还会对雄性大鼠造成性激素紊乱,精子质量参数下降等负面的影响;②8周跑台有氧运动干预能有效的降低肥胖雄性大鼠体重和脂体比,改善精子的质量参数,缓解性激素紊乱,逆转肥胖对雄性大鼠生殖功能的负面影响。

Effect of 8 weeks treadmill exercise intervention on reproductive function in obese male rats

Abstract:Purpose:The aim of this research was to explore the effects of 8 weeks exercise intervention on the reproductive func-tion of obese male rats, and to provide experimental evidence for the improvement of testicular dysfunction caused by obesity. Methods:The SD rats were used in this study. Create the obesity animal model with high fat diet, moderate load treadmill and imposed 8 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention. Then, body weight, weight of celiac fat tissue and testicular, sperm counts and activity, serum testosterone (T), serum luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and Estradiol (E2) hormone were observed. Results:① Compared with the normal group, the body weight and fat body ratio of the obese group were significantly increased, the levels of serum testosterone, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were significantly decreased in the obese group, the estradiol was significantly increased; the testis index, sperm count and sperm motility Rate was significantly reduced . ② Compared with the obese group, the body weight and fat body ratio of obese ath-letes decreased significantly, the levels of serum testosterone, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were signif-icantly increased, estradiol decreased significantly;testis index, sperm count and sperm motility rate were evidently increased. Conclusion:①The long-term high-fat diet not only induces obesity, but also causes the sex hormone disturbances and a de-cline in sperm quality parameters. ②8 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention can effectively reduce the body weight and body fat ratio, improve the quality parameters of sperm, adjust sex hormone disorder and reduce the negative effects of obesity on re-productive function in male rats.
