| 摘 要： | 基于“两个一百年”目标，采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法， 分析了建设体育强国的理论逻辑、战略意义及路径选择。理论逻辑是，“两个一百年”目标是建设体育强国的时代坐标，建设体育强国则是实现“两个一百年”目标的战略支撑。战略意义是，建设体育强国为实现“两个一百年”目标提供健康保障、物质基础和精神动力。建设路径是，深入实施全民健身战略，持续提升竞技体育国际竞争力，推动体育产业高质量发展，繁荣和发展中华体育文化。

| Abstract: | The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing in October 2017. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened the goal of a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, and made a comprehensive plan for promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The report of the 19th CPC National Congress also provides new ideas for the preparation of the 2022 Beijing Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics. Based on the report requirements of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this paper analyzes the Olympic effect and the development of the Olympic economic potential by using the methods of literature review and data analysis. The research shows that the Olympic economy will play four important roles: changing the economic development of the host country; realizing the industrial upgrading; promoting the urban regional construction; and promoting the people''s happiness and social progress. |
