| 摘 要： | 从体操运动的起源入手,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,详细论述了体操在其发展过程中所存在的与其本质相背离的种种弊端及矛盾所在,并在此基础上对体操的本质赋予新的诠释,以便推动体操向更健康的方向发展。

| Abstract: | This paper starts with the origin of the gymnastics,by using the methods of documentary literature,experts-interview and logic analysis,the author makes comprehensive discussing of the abuse and contradiction with its essence deviation in the process of gymnastics development,on the bases of it giving the gymnastic essence a new definition,so that promote the gymnastics to develop more health direction. |
