| 摘 要： | 运用现场观察法和实验法，对2008年在昆明高原备战世界杯亚洲区比赛的中国国家队的赛前备战过
程进行了跟踪研究，旨在探索在高原环境下，足球运动员身体对训练刺激的反应变化规律。研究结果表明
：高原赛前训练期间竞技状态变化分为四个阶段：高原适应阶段、基本训练阶段、竞技状态形成阶段和赛
前准备阶段； 高原适应阶段负荷强度与负荷量较大，运动员机体对负荷刺激反应较强；在基本训练阶段
负荷强度与负荷量都达到较高水平，运动员机体出现了训练适应现象，疲劳感逐步下降，恢复过程加快；
在竞技状态形成阶段与赛前准备阶段，保持训练强度的同时减少了负荷量，大多数队员处于超量恢复阶段
，最佳竞技状态初步形成。

| Abstract: | The paper uses the observational and experimental methods to have a follow-up
study on the preparation training of Chinese National Football Team in Asian Zone World Cup
Qualifiers in Kunming, 2008. The aims of the paper are to explore the verifying patterns of
the body''s responses to training stimulation under the plateau environment. The results show
that the competitive states of pre-match training is divided into four phases in plateau,
there are altitude acclimation period, basic training period, competitive condition forming
period and match preparation period. During the altitude acclimation period, it has a much
higher load and load intensity and the football players have a stronger response to the
training loads. It has a higher load and load intensity in basic training period and the
players'' body begins to adapt to the training load. The feelings of fatigue have declined
gradually and meanwhile the recovery process speed up accordingly. While to the competitive
condition forming period and match preparation period, maintaining training intensity and
reducing training loads simultaneously are adopted. The majority of the players are under
the overload training recovery phase and the best competitive states have initially taken
shape. |
