| 摘 要： | 从我国公共体育场馆民营化改革的价值理性、所有制性质、公共利益取向、社会条件、改革形式以及政府职能等6个方面进行探讨,认为我国公共体育场馆民营化改革的根本目标是实现公共利益的层次性和多样性,并不意味着私有化,是一种从公有公营到民有民营的渐进性及多样性的发展过程。

| Abstract: | The six aspects of the privitization and reformation of public sports stadiums in China are discussed in the paper.They include its rational values,nature of ownership,direction of public interest,social environment,form of reformation and government functions.It is proposed that the fundamental objective for the privatization and reformation of public sports stadiums in China is the realization of variety and diversity of public interests,which does not mean a complete and radical privitization,but a gradual and varied developing process from the public and state-owned management to the form of civil and private-owned management. |
