| 摘 要： | 高校体育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在我国体育现行"举国体制"的背景下,高校运用"体教结合"模式办高水平运动队,正成为我国竞技体育界和教育界关注的热点问题,也逐渐成为我国竞技体育和学校体育的发展方向。运用文献资料法,专家访谈法,在重新阐释"体教结合"是在不同时期随着社会的发展和人们认识视角变化而变化的内涵基础上,提出用"以人为本"的科学发展观来建设高校高水平运动队的独特理念,并揭示在科学发展观下建设高校高水平运动队对丰富校园文化生活、提高学校知名度、提升学生自豪感等学校建设的实际价值,为培养真正能适应当前社会的竞技型人才,保持竞技体育可持续、健康发展,实现竞技体育与教育的双赢目标提供了有效策略和重要途径。 |

| Abstract: | College sports is an important component of higher education in China.Under the background of the current "national system" of sports,the use of "the combination of sports and education" model by colleges and universities in the construction of high-level sports teams has become a heated issue concerned by China's athletic and educational sector and a developing direction for the athletic sports and school sports in China.By means of literature review,interviews with experts,the authors tend to redefine the idea of "the combination of sports and education",which has the connotation that it may change as the society changes and as people's perspectives change in a different era,propose the scientific developing concept of "people-oriented" in the construction of high-level sports teams,and reveal the practical values of the scientific developing concept in enriching campus cultural life,improving the popularity of the school and enhancing students' pride when constructing the school's high-level sports teams.The purpose of this study is to offer effective strategies and significant means for the cultivation of real competitive talents who can adapt to the modern society,the sustainable and healthy development of athletic sports and the realization of a win-win goal for both athletic sports and education. |
