| 摘 要： | 从市场经济条件下竞技体育的职业化、商业化出发，论述了竞技体育自身价值变迁，进一步论述了竞技体育价值补偿机制中政府的作用，结论认为在社会主义市场机制下。现代竞技体育已丧失了对全民的福利性质，政府应当从竞技体育的价值补偿机制中退出。这不仅有利于政府集中财力用于群众体育、学校体育等全民性的体育福利事业，更有利于竞技体育自身在市场经济中的发展和繁荣。 |

| Abstract: | based on the professionalism and commercialism of athletic sports under the condition of marketing economy system , the value transition of athletic sports and the function of government are discussed .the conclusion is as follows : the modern athletic sports has lost its civil welfare characters . so government should quit from the value compensation mechanism of athletic sports . it is beneficial not only for government to concentrate financial on sports welfare works , like national civil fitness and school physical education , etc. , but also for athletic sports itself to develop and flourish in marketing economy system. |
