| 摘 要： | 区域体育协调与共同发展是我国既定的体育政策。通过查阅文献资料、专家访谈,结合对区域体育协调与共同发展理念的理解,阐述了区域体育的概念、特征、内涵、价值取向等理论问题;在分析了影响区域体育协调与共同发展的内外部因素的基础上,提出了区域体育协调与共同发展的社会机制与动力学基础;指出建立以区域体育评价和体育科研为先导的体育决策体制,是区域体育协调与共同发展的关键所在。

| Abstract: | Regional sport coordination and mutual development is an established sport policy in our country.Through means of literature reviews and interviews with experts,the writer tries to explain the theoretical issues of regional sport in view of its concept,features,contents and values.After an analysis of both the internal and external factors that influence regional sport coordination and mutual development,the writer points out that social mechanism and dynamics should be the basis for regional sport coordination and mutual development and proposes that the key point for regional sport coordination and mutual development is to establish a sport decision system based on regional sport appraisal and sport research. |
