| 摘 要： | 主要采用文献研究和大样本问卷调查,时北京市群众体育服务保障体系建设的基本成就、北京市群众体育活动开展情况、北京市各形态群众体育发展状况和北京市群众体育工作存在的不足与发展对策进行了全面、系统的调查和研究,旨在准确把握现阶段北京市群众体育发展的总体状况和特点,为制定北京市"十二五"群众体育发展规划提供参考.
