| Abstract: | Basketball rules are the laws and regulations for basketball games and the theoretical basis for the referees to follow. They can direct the development for basketball games. Basketball rules amendment can always promote basketball games to develop in a higher,healthier,quicker and more offensive direction. This article aims at an analysis and discussion of the effects of basketball rules amendment on competition,which may offer certain theoretical references to basketball teaching,training and competition. |
