| 摘 要： | 运用对比实验法对体悟教学法在排球专选课中运用进行实验研究结果表明：体悟教学法在学生掌握排球技术方面明显优于传统教学法，并且能加深学生对排球技术、知识与发展趋势的理解，还能培养学生将所学的体育知识与社会现象相联系来看待问题的能力。

| Abstract: | Based on the method of comparative experiment, this paper makes a research on the comprehension approach for the teaching of volleyball as a specialized course in colleges. It is found that the application of comprehension approach is far better than the traditional teaching approaches. It can improve the students' comprehension of volleyball skills, knowledge and its trend of development and develop their analytic abilities to combine their knowledge in physical education with the social practice. |
