| 摘 要： | 采用访谈和文献法等手段对汉中市社会体育指导员的现状进行了分析，结果表明汉中市社会体育指导员的发展速度与规模明显滞后于全国水平，并且在年龄结构、学历结构、分布状况、工作方式方法等方面发展不平衡，根据分析的结果提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | By methods of interview and literature,this paper analyzed the status quo of popular sports advisors in HANZHONG city,the results showed that the speed and scale of development of popular sports advisors in HANZHONG city were lower than national average,and imbalance in aspect of age structure,diploma structure,status of distribution,operation fashion and measure and so like.On the basis of analysis abovementioned,corresponding advice was brought forward. |
