| 摘 要： | 党的十七大是在我国改革发展关键时期召开的一次十分重要的会议。大会充分肯定了十六大和十六大以来中央作出的各项决策，高度评价了以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央五年来的工作，要求全党高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，对我国社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和党的建设都作出了重要部署。党的十七大对我们全面建设小康社会，开创中国特色社会主义新局面具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which was held in the critical period of the reform and development in China, is an important conference. It affirms the policies made by the Central Committee of the Party since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, highly evaluates the work of the Central Committee of the Party with the centre of General Secretary Hu Jintao in the past five years, requires the whole party the great flag of the socialist society with Chinese characteristics and deploys the socialist construction of economy, polities, culture, society and the party. The Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China is of significanee in respects of constructing the well-to-do society and starting the new situation of the socialist society with Chinese characteristics. |
