对短跑摆动支撑技术生物力学的再认识

摘    要:后蹬不再是决定短跑成绩的主要推动力,摆动力才是提高跑速的关键,以髋为轴的摆腿技术是短跑技术的重点,正确的摆腿动作,可形成良好的着地支撑技术,突出支撑后蹬力在短跑中的重要性,势必破坏跑的周期性、协调性和连惯性,导致引入跳跃式跑动歧途。

Abstract:Force of back treading is no longer the main motive force in sprint.Swaying force is the key point in improving the speed of race,and the leg sway technique which axises hip is the important technique of racing.The correct leg swaying action may form a better technique of treading land.If place emphasis on the force of back treading,the acclivity,harmonization and continuity of sprint would probably be damaged and thus leads us astray into "jump like race".
