| 摘 要： | 随着“素质教育”“终身体育”等教学理念的确立，普通高校篮球教学改革的目标，既要重视学生的技能掌握和素质提高，也要重视学生心理发展的需求，更应培养学生的自我锻炼能力和参与意识，为实现终身参与体育锻炼的教学目标奠定基础。通过对篮球教学现状分析，提出相应改革措施。

| Abstract: | According to the teaching theory of life - long sports and quatily education, the goals of the basketball teaching reformation in school improve the students' skills and develop their psychological stuff.It should cutivate the students'self- training ability so as to establish a foundation for life- long physical exercise.In this paper,the author does some research and analyses of the basketball teaching skill. Besides, the author suggests some corresponding measures for the basketball teaching methods and approaches for the sake of improvements . |
