| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、数理统计等方法,对转型时期吉林省社会体育指导员的基本现状进行系统的调查与分析。结论为:吉林省社会体育指导员数量、规模上都有了较大发展,人均社会体育指导员比例略高于全国平均水平;"三位一体"的民生化、社会化、职业化发展策略促进了社会体育向自助型、福利型、消费型多元的发展方向转轨。但发展中也存在发展速度滞后、质量不高、结构不合理、指导效率低下等瓶颈因素的制约,使得吉林省各地市间、城乡之间、市场需求与服务方式等方面呈现非均衡发展态势。

| Abstract: | Article literature,mathematical statistics,and other methods,systematic investigation and analysis of the transition period Jilin Province,the basic status of social sports instructor.The conclusion： the number of social sports instructor in Jilin Province,has a larger scale development,per capita social sports instructor ratio is slightly higher than the national average;＂trinity＂of people＇s livelihood,social and professional development strategies to promote social sports to self-help,welfare,diversified development of consumer-type transition.There but the development the bottleneck factors lagging the pace of development,the quality is not high,the structure is irrational,inefficient guidance,around the city of Jilin Province,between urban and rural areas,the market must be seeking service mode presents an unbalanced development trend. |
