| 摘 要： | 运用生态学和辩证法的观点和方法,论述了体育生态平衡的含义;在揭示体育生态系统大众体育与竞技体育的失衡、系统内部失衡、区域体育发展失衡、体育效率失衡与体育功能失衡等现象的基础上,分析了问题产生的根源,并对体育生态系统回归平衡的路径提出了政策性建议:树立体育生态观,加强体育文化的传播,强化体育人文观;突出学校体育的核心地位,夯实体育生态系统的生存基础;调整体育系统的结构,促进体育的多元化发展;积极构建良好的体育科技运作机制,提高体育生态发展的效率;构建良好的监督管理机制,确保体育生态的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Using the ecology and the diagnostic method viewpoint and the method,discusses the meaning of sports ecological balance,imbalance in revealing sports ecosystem of mass sports and competitive sports,system internal imbalance,the imbalance of regional development of sports,sports efficiency imbalance and sports function imbalance phenomenon and analyzing the root causes of the problem,and policy proposes some suggestions to return to a balanced ecological system of sports.Such as establish sports ecological concept,strenthen the speort culture and humanism,sports humanism;highlight the status of school physical education,survival foundation of sports ecological system,adjust the physical structure of the system,promote the diversification of the development of sports,build good sports science and technology operation mechanism,improve the efficiency of sports ecological development and construct supervision good management mechanism. |
