| 摘 要： | 通过对青少年篮球运动员技术具体训练原则和方法的研究，找出在训练中容易出现的错误，并提出在教学与训练中，应对抢断的时机、观察判断能力的培养等方面严格要求，从而使青少年运动员抢断球技术得到提高。
