| 摘 要： | 基于科学发展观的视角审视我国城市社区体育发展的现状,提出了＂以人为本＂的城市社区发展理念,并结合国外社区体育实践经验和我国国情,从体育项目设置、法制建设、队伍建设、组织建设、硬件建设等方面提出了若干建议,旨在推动我国城市社区体育的协调可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This paper,from the perspective of the Scientific Outlook on Development examining the present status of our country urban community sports development,proposes a "people-oriented" concept of urban community development.Combining the practical experience of foreign community sports and our national conditions,it puts forward some recommendations on the sport setting,the building of the legal system,team construction,organization and hardware construction,in order to promote coordinated and sustainable development of urban community sports in our country. |
