| 摘 要： | 美学与体育运动自古以来，就是相互渗透，不可分割的。“体育美”无时不体现在各项体育运动中，如何培养大学生对“体育美”的鉴赏能力，进一步提高大学生的人文素质，促使他们热爱体育，积极参加各项体育锻炼，并养成“终身体育”的信念，是我们探讨和研究的课题。
