| 摘 要： | 对城市从业人员的体育参与和其工作满意度的关系进行了实证性的研究.主要从参加体育活动的现状出发,以沈阳市在籍、在职人员为调查研究对象,采用随机整群抽样方法获得原始资料,进行调查统计分析.研究结果发现,从业人员中体育参与群体的工作满意度高于非参与群体.体育参与程度不同,工作满意度也不同.且体育参与频率和参与时间与工作满意度之间有非常显著的相关关系.其中,高参与频率人群的工作满意度值大于低参与频率人群;当每次参与时间达到60-90min时满意度水平最高;每次运动达到中等出汗强度时其满意度值最高.

| Abstract: | This reseach is a study of the relationship between the participation in physical activities of the professional people in Shenyang and their satisfaction with their own jobs,which makes a start from the current situation of the professional people's participation in physical activities and investigates,counts and analyzes the studying objects.The author makes the studying objects on the citizens in Shenyang who work in the enterprises or institutions in Shenyang,and obtains first-hand materials by the means of random sample. Reseach results show that the job satisfaction of people who participate in physical activities is much higher to that of people who don't,the degree of professional people's participation in physical activities is different,so is the satisfaction.Meanwhile,participation frequency is obviously connected with job satisfaction.The satisfaction with jobs of the people who take more participation is higher than that of the people who take less.When participation time is between 60 and 90 minutes every time,participators get the highest satisfaction.Medium-sweating intensity,he or she will also get the highest satisfaction. |
